25% hike in medical, engineering seats to implement 10% EWS quota

A bonanza awaits students aspiring for medical, engineering and other professional courses in Gujarat. The state on Wednesday declared that it has approved 25% hike in seats in medical and other professional courses to implement the 10% economically weaker sections (EWS) quota cleared by the Modi-led government this year.
