Monsoon takes a break in Gujarat, wait for rain gets longer

As on July 18, the state is staring at a 44% rain deficit. Against the 261.2mm of rain Gujarat usually receives by July 18, the state has got only 145.7mm this year. Saurashtra and Kutch are the worst affected regions with a deficit of 63%.
