'Bapu, why didn't you run seeing Godse's gun?'

"Dear Bapu, I have always wondered when Godse pointed the gun at you, why did you not run? You should have lived for us," quizzed an 11-year-old boy from a municipal school at Bhavnagar in Gujarat. This is one of the nearly 30,000 postcards penned by class 6-8 students of 300 schools from across 14 districts in the state.
