Ahd comapany told to pay Rs 2L to Danish firm

A local court has directed a city-based company to pay a compensation of Rs 2 lakh to a Denmark’s company, which makes Archimedean screw pumps, for infringing on the latter’s trademark by using a similar logo and name.
