The Vastrapur police took nearly eight hours to send their two female constables to the place of molestation about 100m away from the Judges’ Bungalows police chowky. A security guard of a commercial establishment said, “Two female cops had come at around 3pm to inquire about the CCTV footages and I told them that they could take it from two banks in the same place where the incident took place.
