Botched surgery to cost Ahd doctor Rs 16 lakh

The Gujarat State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has ordered city-based doctor to pay Rs 16.56 lakh to a patient after an alleged botched up surgery left a permanent defect in his left leg.
