Gujarat: Cops use decoy to nab car thief

In a bid to detect increasing cases of vehicle theft and valuables from it, the Chandkheda police on Saturday laid a decoy by parking a car near hotel and caught a person red-handed, who allegedly tried to force open the door to commit theft.
