As the state government rushed to the Gujarat high court on Monday, a public holiday, insisting the court withdraw its adverse remarks on the Civil hospital and emphasizing health minister Nitin Patel is actively involved in Covid-19 pandemic management, the court said that it is too early for it to give a clean chit.
