Covid-19 death toll crosses 2,000 in Ahmedabad

With the deaths of 10 Covid-19 positive patients – nine from the city and one from the district – Ahmedabad on Wednesday became the ninth district in India to have crossed 2,000 deaths of Covid-19 patients. The district accounts for 51.3% or half of the state’s total mortality in the pandemic.
