The city woke up to cold winds on Monday, with a chill in the air after almost a fortnight. The maximum temperature of the city at 24.1 degrees celsius was 3.9 degrees lower than the normal, whereas the minimum temperature of 8.3 degrees was 4 degrees lower than the normal.
