Deputy chief minister Nitin Patel said on Sunday that while the government will issue detailed guidelines on celebration of the Uttarayan in wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, permission will not be granted for 50 persons or more to assembly on a terrace to fly kites. Speaking to reporters in Ahmedabad, Patel said, “People will be allowed to fly kites on their terraces.
