Reeling under Covid pay cuts, teachers learn new trade lessons

Jagdish Mehta, the principal of Ganesh Vidyalaya Sankul in Dhrol near Rajkot, has taught English language for the past 20 years. The Covid-19 pandemic, which led to the shutdown of schools for more than a year now, disrupted his career path after he got a pay cut of 50%.
