Vax shortage forces Guj to blink, defer deadline to July 10

In a major relief to traders and industrial units, the state government on Wednesday extended the deadline for mandatory vaccination of employees at factories and shops. The initial deadline of June 30 has now been deferred to July 10. The government decision came after a series of representations by trade and industry associations citing severe shortage of Covid vaccines.
