Gujarat HC notice to AMC over cancelled bid

The Gujarat high court on Wednesday issued notice to the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) over a petition challenging the municipal commissioner’s decision to cancel the bid for a plot at the Sindhu Bhavan Road on the ground that the bid received was not very high as compared to the base price fixed for the auction.
