Youths and adolescents in ‘dry Gujarat’ seem to be finding alternatives to get high even at stationery shops. In a first, city police booked a stationery shop owner for negligence with regards to poisons after he sold a whitener pen to a 16-year-old boy. Trouble erupted when the teen’s father found he was addicted to inhaling the solvent in the whitener.
