Builder’s home to be auctioned to repay customer

Kalpesh Raiyani, a Vadodara-based builder who failed to give possession of a flat to customer in his new scheme, will witness his own flat being auctioned off by government authorities on September 8 so money can be recovered from him to repay his customer.
