Gujarat: Smaller cities got only 14% of realty pie

Smaller and medium cities in Gujarat account for only 14% of the real estate projects registered with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GujRERA). Their share in the real estate sector investment is just 6%, shows a data analysis by the state regulator.
