Man turns monk to extricate self out of debt trap

Loan-sharks are known to push people to the brink demanding obscenely high interest rates. A labour contractor and the son of a former Class I officer from Gandhinagar was forced to renounce life and turn a monk at Girnar in a bid to extricate himself out of the vicious debt trap involving six moneylenders.
