The anti-corruption bureau (ACB) on Saturday booked a doctor, Naresh Malhotra of Aditya Hospital in Bhuyangdev, for allegedly demanding a 10% commission to get bills of approximately Rs 1.5 crore of CIMS Hospital passed.
