Panel to draw up SOP for HC order: Home minister

After the Gujarat high court directed the state government to send all those who are caught without masks, or maintaining social distancing norms, for social service to Covid care centres (CCC), the state government on Wednesday evening said that the directions will be implemented after a high-powered committee draws up an SOP for its execution.
